These terms govern your use of ryzn.one and the Ryzn app. By creating an account, you agree to them. If you're under 18, a parent or guardian must consent on your behalf before you can be matched with a mentor.
Ryzn matches students ("mentees") with vetted professionals ("mentors") for a 12-week mentorship program, with progress tracked through exercises, sessions, and gamified badges. Mentor access is invitation-only and subject to vetting, including a background check, before a mentor is activated on the Roster.
Ryzn exists to support students, many of whom are minors. You agree not to: harass, deceive, or solicit personal contact information outside the platform from a mentee; post content that isn't yours to share; use the platform for commercial solicitation unrelated to the program; or attempt to circumvent the matching, rate-limiting, or invitation system. Messages may be automatically screened and reviewed by our team for safety, and violations may result in suspension or removal, with law enforcement contacted where required.
You keep ownership of what you post — exercise submissions, greeting videos, feed content. By posting, you give Ryzn a license to display it within the app and, for mentors, on public verification pages (like a badge's verify link) as the feature is designed to work. Don't post anything you don't have the right to share.
Badges reflect programme milestones as tracked by Ryzn at the time they're issued. Verification pages are provided for reference and may be updated or revoked if we determine a badge was issued in error.
Ryzn facilitates introductions and structure; we don't guarantee any mentee's outcome, admission, job offer, or other result from participating. Mentors are independent professionals, not Ryzn employees, and their guidance is their own.
You can close your account at any time by contacting support@ryzn.one. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put other users, especially minors, at risk.
We may update these terms as the program evolves. If we make a material change, we'll update the date above and, where required, let you know directly.
